i have a TPS550, i have forgotten the password. please when i reset, its still showing me to enter the password. please i need the firmware, tools and instructions on how to flash it, or anything.

Okie, the supplier managed to give us the password that was used previously, and it worked. But now my question is that, is it possible to update the android based firmware from 4.4 4 Kitkat to atleast 6.0, 6.1 or 7 android version(s) ?
