Switching data usage between SIM's seamlessly

Hey,

Given that there is 2 SIM holders, Is there anyways to configure the device so it automatically switches SIM cards if the data isnt working for one them?

Hi ,for current os ,it cannot support this detection when sim cards isn't working.
