1. Ensure that the battery is properly installed and in good contact. For example, if the terminal thimble and the battery contact pad are hot, the terminal may trigger the circuit protection when it is in use.

2. Check whether the battery is damaged or seriously aged. Otherwise, pls contact telpo engineers.
