1: Check whether the NFC switch is enabled in the Settings

2: Check whether the terminal supports this function and whether the card type is supported. Please contact the telpo engineer of the manufacturer for consultation.

3: Please place the card in the reading area and try to move it up and down at a slow speed.

4: Replace other cards for testing
