How to download TPS900 SKD and to connect it visual Studio 2022 through USB-C

Dear Support,

Kindly, I have TPS900 S/N A230900P00800037 I need your support to

1- Download TPS900 SDK.

2- Connect it to PC through USB-C (I connected but the computer didn't recognize it like it usually done with normal android devices).
