POS TPS900 i cant start device

Dear, i have 3 POS devices TPS900, when i start the device only the on-screen show the sentence "ANDROID" and the device is not starting! Please help how to start devices!

1.Please give us the SNs of these 3 POS.

2.May need to reburn the firmware.
