Please check whether the account device limit is full:

1. Click the account name in the left navigation bar to enter the account center.

2. Check the current number of devices to reach the number of "device limit" below.

3. If yes, please delete the redundant equipment until it is below the limit or contact the salesperson for expansion.

4. Add the device again
