how to active the usb debug of T20?

please refer the video and reconnect the micro usb cable  :

if still no work ,please install the usb driver 

DriverAssitant_v5.1.1:

If still not work ,please try to change other cables or pc .

if you have other T20 ,please try to test other to check if it is hardware issue
