1、Please turn on the gps in devices' setting 

2、Please check if the devices have connect network and stay online on mdm,if not ,please reboot device 

3、please go to mdm and check if can get gps info 

Please click "sync data"to ask for the gps locations from platform



if can get the gps details ,please try to click ctrl+F5 and try again.
