closed How to install the app on a production TPS900 device

We have a debugging device, with developer mode. We can install and run the app with no problems.

But on normal, production devices, we can't install the app. We always get a message "App not installed."

What are we doing wrong/what do we need to do? Is there some signing key we need to use? How to get that key?
