the battery in charged and it’s working fine previously, customer reported this issue only starting to happen on last week. The issue is sometimes it won’t be able to wake up by pressing the power button, behave like the device have been shut down. Need to take out and re-insert the battery then it can be boot up

1 please make sure you have connect the battery well

2 it maybe enter 9008 load firmware mode ,did client press the buttons together?exit this mode ,pls reconnect battery.
