we asked if this unit supported PDF417 barcodes. You said it does, but we're testing it at the moment and it doesn't seem to scan that type of barcode. Can you ask the engineers if the hardware scanner does support PDF417 barcodes, and if not, can you send us a hardware scanner that does? - Also, is theere any way to enable software scanning in the meantime.No change to PDF417 support. I will note that the device seems to be having troubles connecting to your API getting a failure return code of 4 trying to get an access token. no issues pulling codes from the scanner it just doesn't work with PDF417
