Telpo C20 scale ----- issue

Hi,

I am experiencing a problem with my Telpo C20 device (with integrated scale). When I place an item on the scale, it only shows the weight while the value is changing. As soon as the weight stabilizes, the screen displays “----” instead of the actual weight.

Additional details:

• The scale initializes correctly and reacts to variable weight input.

• However, it does not keep showing the stable weight value.

• I checked the level and it perfectly aligned at the center.

Could you please provide me with the user manual for the Telpo C20 (especially the section related to the scale) and guidance on how to solve this issue?
