The Poswebprinter plugin is system app,you can try below ADB commands to uninstall the old version:

adb root
adb remount
adb reboot
adb root
adb root
adb remount
adb shell rm -rf system/app/PosWebPrinter*
adb reboot

Then install the new app again.
