Hi everyone,

We’re working with a T10 device and currently facing difficulties with scanning QR codes printed on paper.

We would like to know:

  1. Is there any way to configure or tune the built-in QR code scanner settings (e.g., focus, exposure, scan area) to improve scanning accuracy on paper?

  2. Are there recommended best practices or settings to optimize scanning performance specifically for printed QR codes?

  3. Does the SDK provide any APIs or options to adjust scanning parameters like sensitivity, scan timeout, or image processing filters?

Any tips, documentation, or sample code related to improving paper QR code scans would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
