I need to know how to enable fastboot mode on TPS320 devices, as well as find the last firmware update and download link for TPS320

Hello, under normal circumstances, our equipment disables this fastboot mode.

The latest firmware of 320L is Android 8.

The latest firmware of 320E is Android 10.
Can you provide 320 SN for me to check? Thank you.
