We buy 35 units of TPS900 in 2019, in this moment the devices show a warning, "No FSK Detected, connect USB to download FSK!", how we can solve this issue???

Hello, you just need to connect the device with a USB data cable, turn on the USB debug mode of the device, then open FileToMisPOS.exe and click Download FSK. pls check.

thanks, but we can't do anything on the device, the error message block any function... We couldn't turn on the USB debug mode, please help us!!!
And the tool FileToMisPOS.exe show an error to open (0xc0000279), opening in Windows 10 22H2, please, we really need help, we have 50 devices all TPS900 with the same error...

After install correct drivers, the app work perfectly!!! Thank you so much...
But we have 50 devices with the same problem, the app don't work for all??? we need a different app for each???

If you have 50 devices, you need to unlock them by scanning the code. When you turn on the device, it will be prompted with FSK, and there is an option below that is OFFLINE repair. Click it and a QR code will appear. After scanning the code, a string of serial numbers will appear, and you need to send the serial number to me.

we don't show the option "OFFLINE repair", and other issue is that device show "Developer Version", how we fix it for all???

Considering that the machine is very old, it may be caused by the RTC battery, which can be solved by replacing the battery.

yes, the battery RTC is a problem, we solve that in each device, but the problem continue after that, with the tool FileToMiPOS.exe we solve the FSK error in the first device, how we solve the same error in the others???
The other problem is the "Developer Version", how fix it???

Hi. There are some questions I want to know.
1. How many machines still have FSK problems? 2. Why are some machines converted to development versions? How many machines have been converted to development versions?

By the way, pls check the Anti dismantling Conductive colloid is installed well or not. The FSK problem may be caused by the Anti dismantling Conductive colloid falling off during disassembly.

1. If you see the link (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/108b5fKk5cgv2NcQq3f7XjXaoNP7RqsHaPCoZhbzKn_I/edit?usp=sharing) there are reported 39 devices with FSK problem.
2. We don't know why or how that devices are in Developer Version, all 54 devices are in Developer Version, I think the devices were purchased like that, the development team don't have touch this devices, anyone touch this devices from the buy in 2019, I think that they come here in Developer Version. I'm sure that no one device was dismantling by our. We need dismantling to change the RTC battery, like we do it for the device SN 1903G90007400040, we apply the tool FileToMyPOS.exe and fix the FSK problem, but how do it for the other devices???

I'm sure that the devices are untouched from the buy in 2019, and the buy was to TELEPOWER COMMUNICATION CO., LTD, one of the invoices is "From: Vince" "Invoice NO: CVC19022102" "Date: Feb-21-2019" "Email: vince@telpo.com", "To: CEINDETEC Llanos" "Att: Cesar José Cote Rozo", in this invoice we buy 35 units.

1. Regarding your need to convert these machines from development versions to production versions, can you please collect the firmware versions of these machines for me?
2.Are the machines with FSK problems in different locations? Can't you use the tool I sent you to fix the FSK problem on the remaining machines??

1. In the machines with FSK problem, we don't do anything, they are blocked, we need first solve the FSK problem. How I get the firmware version???
2. All machines we have in the same location, in "warehouse". To use the same tool the device reboot, but after to reboot the device show the same message, "No FSK Detected..."... what we can do??? the tool have 2 options TSK and FSK, that show only ******** in both, we need change each one for each device??? what we need to do???
