I hope this email finds you well. I am experiencing an issue with my Telpo TPS390 device. When accessing the settings, I receive the following error message:
"No FSK Detected, connect USB to download FSK!"
This issue prevents me from properly using the device. I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Connecting the device to a PC via USB.
Checking for software or firmware updates.
Restarting the device.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? If a software or firmware update is required, kindly share the necessary files and instructions.
