1. RTC battery is new
2. you never explain how to download FSK
3. same as 2.
4 motherboard is OK.

Hi,what 's sn of device?if you didn't buy the devices from our side ,we cannot send u the guide to fix the fsk issue.maybe you can contact with whom sold you the device.
