Need default Android Image and Instructions to install for Telpo C1

Question

Working with a vendor who has managed to lock themselves out of their MDM. Looking to re-image the Telpo C1 to factory android image to get around this.

Sorry ,we cannot provide the firmware to exit the lock from other vendor without their permission.

Please let device connect network and try to unlock it from mdm direclty .

The mdm no longer exists that's how they are locked out, connecting to the network will not make a difference. The vendor owns the hardware they just can't get the mdm removed.

The mdm is a 3rd party mdm not Telpo cloud, would you be able to make changes to the device remotely without it being adopted to the Telpo Cloud?

oh ,we cannot operate third party mdm.the method to unlock device is to reload firmware .but  we don't have the permission also .sorry .
