Reboot Device from Software or Menu?

Hello there,
is there a possibility to restart the device from the Android menu
or from software? We are currently developing an App, and it would be useful
to have a restart button just in case. We don't have permanently access to the power, because it's mounted to the Wall.

1、you can reboot device with adb command when connect usb to device，also you can develop a app to reboot device

2、you can reboot device when connect network and using our MDM
