Telpo TPS550 not loading angular webview

Hi, we are trying to install on the Telpo TPS550 an app which call a webview of a website built in angular 7.  

We installed firefox as default browser, because the native browser wasn’t able to open the website.

The app works fine on other POS models (like the SunmiV2) but on TELPO TPS550 when we launch the app, the webview doesn’t load.

In the app, we enabled javascript and the access to local storage (example: webView.getSettings().setJavaScriptEnabled(true);), but still doesn’t work.

Hello,Regarding your feedback, not all the cores of TPS550 have webview service installed. You need to send the SN number to confirm whether your device can install webview service. Thank you.
