why s10 arm usb camera cannot turn on ?and how to turn up and down the light ?

1、please make sure the usb mode off .

if you want to debug ,please use wifi adb .

Please test with demo and check if can work .

2、Please turn up/down the light in the setting ->preipheral control ->flashbrightness up /down

Also you can control with code of your own app
