Please check whether the storage space of the account is full:

1. Click the account name in the navigation bar on the left to enter the Account Center.

2. Check whether the space left in the "Upload Space" below is insufficient.

3. If yes, please delete redundant applications to make enough space.

4. Re-upload the application
